Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, tours, and services provided by Deshi Transfers. By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Introduction

Deshi Transfers organizes day trips, overnight tours, domestic tours, and international travel experiences. These Terms apply to all customers unless otherwise stated in writing.

  1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and acknowledged by Deshi Transfers.
  • Confirmation details, itineraries, and trip instructions will be shared via official communication channels such as email or WhatsApp.
  1. Eligibility to Book

  • The person making the booking must be 18 years or older.
  • If booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that all participants have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  1. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change due to operational costs, fuel costs, currency fluctuations, taxes, or government charges.
  • Any price increase after booking must be paid before departure.
  • Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
  1. Inclusions & Exclusions

Only services clearly mentioned in the itinerary are included.

Any service not explicitly listed (such as personal expenses, entry tickets, meals unless specified, tips, or optional activities) shall be considered excluded.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for assumptions made by customers regarding inclusions.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Guests must:

  • Carry valid identification and required travel documents.
  • Follow instructions given by tour leaders, drivers, or local authorities.
  • Take responsibility for their personal belongings.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  1. Behaviour & Conduct

Guests must maintain respectful and responsible behaviour throughout the trip.

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to remove any guest from the coach or tour if they:

  • Misbehave or disrupt the group
  • Violate safety instructions
  • Harass staff or other guests
  • Consume prohibited substances
  • Breach any Terms & Conditions

If a guest is removed due to misconduct, no refund will be provided.

  1. Pick-Up, Drop-Off & Punctuality

Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.

The coach will depart according to schedule and will not wait for late passengers.

Missed departures will not be eligible for refunds or alternative arrangements.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other external circumstances.

  1. Itinerary Changes

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, destinations, or services when necessary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or road closures
  • Safety concerns
  • Government regulations
  • Operational or unforeseen circumstances

Such changes do not entitle customers to refunds or compensation.

  1. Trip Cancellation by Deshi Transfers

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to cancel a trip if:

  • Minimum participant numbers are not met
  • Safety concerns arise
  • Operational issues occur
  • Government restrictions apply
  • Weather conditions make travel unsafe
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

No additional compensation shall be payable beyond the refund amount.

  1. Vehicle Breakdown

If a vehicle breakdown occurs and the trip cannot continue, guests will receive a full refund.

  1. Seat Allocation

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to reassign seats due to operational, logistical, or safety reasons.

  1. Children & Guardianship

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the trip.

Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of their children.

  1. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, hotels, accommodation, or property during the trip.

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs or replacement from the responsible guest(s).

  1. Third-Party Services

Deshi Transfers may coordinate services provided by third-party providers including transport companies, hotels, restaurants, and attractions.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of such third-party providers.

  1. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in Deshi Transfers packages.

Guests are strongly advised to arrange appropriate travel and medical insurance prior to departure.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for costs, damages, or losses arising from the absence of personal insurance coverage.

  1. Personal Injury, Accident & Loss of Life

Participation in travel activities involves certain inherent risks.

By booking and participating in a trip, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for injury, illness, accident, loss of life, or damages that occur due to:

  • Actions or negligence of the guest
  • Actions of third parties
  • Natural events or environmental conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence of Deshi Transfers, where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Medical Fitness & Medication Responsibility

Guests confirm that they are medically fit to travel.

Guests are responsible for carrying their own medications during the trip.

Deshi Transfers does not provide medical treatment or medication during tours.

Guests must ensure they carry sufficient medication for the duration of the trip.

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for medical complications arising from failure to carry necessary medication.

  1. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Meals provided during tours are arranged through third-party restaurants or catering providers.

Guests with food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions must inform restaurant staff and the tour leader before consuming any food.

Deshi Transfers shall not be liable for allergic reactions or food-related health issues where prior disclosure was not made.

  1. Customer Cancellation Policy

Day Tours

All bookings for Day Tours are final and non-refundable.

Domestic Overnight Tours

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before departure → 75% refund.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure → No refund.

International Overnight Tours

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before departure → 75% refund.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure → No refund.

Special Tours (Customized / Limited Availability)

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before departure → 75% refund.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure → No refund.

Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the scheduled departure date of the trip.

Bookings will follow the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking, even if Deshi Transfers updates its policies later.

  1. Denied Entry or Restrictions

If a guest is denied entry to any location, attraction, venue, or country due to:

  • Missing documents
  • Legal restrictions
  • Personal conduct
  • Being banned or restricted from a venue

No refund or compensation shall be provided.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the required documents and bank details are submitted and verified.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  1. Force Majeure

Deshi Transfers shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or civil disturbances
  • Acts of God
  1. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported to the tour leader during the trip where possible.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after completion of the trip.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Deshi Transfers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
