Westgate Gardens is one of Canterbury’s best-known riverside green spaces and provides a peaceful place for a walk or picnic. The city’s major visitor attractions also include Canterbury Cathedral and the ruins of St Augustine’s Abbey.

Spend the afternoon exploring the cathedral quarter, historic streets, gardens, shops and restaurants. Attraction tickets and optional river tours can be purchased separately.
