Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which bookings made with Deshi Transfers may be cancelled and whether a refund may be issued.

By booking a trip with Deshi Transfers, you agree to the terms described below.

  1. Day Tours

All bookings for Day Tours are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed departures, or no-shows.

  1. Domestic Overnight Tours

For Domestic Overnight Tours:

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date → 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure → No refund.
  1. International Overnight Tours

For International Overnight Tours:

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date → 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure → No refund.
  1. Special Tours (Customized or Limited Availability)

Special tours, including customized trips or limited-availability tours, follow the same cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before departure → 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure → No refund.
  1. Calculation of Cancellation Period

Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the scheduled departure date of the trip, not the date of booking.

  1. Trip Cancellation by Deshi Transfers

If a trip is cancelled by Deshi Transfers due to:

  • Insufficient number of participants
  • Operational issues
  • Safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refund amount.

  1. Removal From Trip Due to Misconduct

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to remove any guest from a trip if they:

  • Violate the Terms & Conditions
  • Misbehave or disrupt other guests
  • Fail to follow safety instructions

Guests removed from a trip due to misconduct will not be eligible for any refund.

  1. Denied Entry

If a guest is denied entry to a destination, attraction, venue, or country due to:

  • Missing travel documents
  • Legal restrictions
  • Personal conduct
  • Being banned or restricted from a location

Deshi Transfers shall not be responsible for refunds or compensation.

  1. Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the trip after the tour has started, including missed transportation, accommodation, activities, or meals.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after the customer provides the necessary documents and bank details.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  1. Policy Changes

Deshi Transfers reserves the right to update or revise this Cancellation Policy at any time.

However, all bookings will continue to follow the Cancellation Policy that was in effect at the time the booking was made.
